Rowers donate TV fee to RNLI

● Members from Porthmadog Rowing Club called by Criccieth’s RNLI Lifeboat Station with a donation of £250. The money represented half of the filming fees made by the club during the production of an S4C television programme, Chwys, during the summer. The remaining half was also donated to a local charity. The rowing club, staunch supporters of their local lifeboat station, presented the cheque to Crew Members prior to the lifeboats’ routine weekly exercise launch. Criccieth Lifeboat Operations Manager Peter Williams thanked club members for their continued fundraising work.
