Techno dance rocked MOK Fest 2016

RAVE le­gends The Time Fre­quency head­lined the MOK Fest’s main con­cert in 2016 and shook the Vic to its core.

Both the tra­di­tional and Mitchell’s Glengyle Dal­ri­ada Con­nec­tions con­certs had a real in­ter­na­tional feel with Wendy MacIsaac fly­ing in from Cape Bre­ton and Jean-Mitchell Veil­lon fly­ing in from Brit­tany.

DJ Rankin and lo­cal out­fit Gul­lion also on the Satur­day night bill added to the night of techno dance mu­sic. The fes­ti­val ceilidh fea­tured Ceol an Aire mak­ing their de­but along with an­other first time act, the Hol­low Moun­tain String Band, play­ing to a sell­out au­di­ence.
