Floral artists’ musical masterpieces
A TEAM of 10 green-fingered flower arrangers helped raise more than £1,300 for Saddell and Carradale church funds.
Last week’s Courier featured two designers who wove intricate arrangements on a theme of musical extravaganza. This week’s paper features some of the other designs. A spokesperson said that numbers, at the biennial show, were slightly up on 2015 and more than 220 adults and children visited across its three days. Behind the scenes, there were further teams organising the refreshments and raising and lowering the marquee.
Thoughts are already turning to the next show which will return in 2019.
The musical theme was continued on the gallery rail.
