Clachan sale boosts hall funds

-

A myriad of items of all shapes and sizes were sold at a Clachan Village Hall table top sale in aid of the hall’s refurbishment. Sellers from across the area converged on the hall to sell wares new and old, including books and collectables, as well as crafts, plants, home-baking, preserves, candles and cards, to a good turnout of visitors last Saturday. Tea, coffee and cakes were on offer with a large group of walkers keeping the volunteers busy for part of the afternoon. The fundraiser made £198.22 which will go towards the renewal or refurbishment of the hall.
