LOTS OF CANALS have arms – the Aylesbury Arm, the Leek Arm, and so on – but recently it seemed like the Kennet & Avon had a leg! Police officers were called out to the K& A after a member of the public phoned to report a grisly find – he’d seen a human leg floating down the cut.
