If you’d like more room, you could try going wider, instead of longer

Canal Boat - - This Month -

Why not go wide to get more space?

Although with a modest length, this boat has a beam of 10ft 6in and feels like a modern apartment rather than a home on the canals.

It has been designed to cater for two – with the option of having two guests staying on the large convertible dinette. And although it has been used for extended cruising, it is equipped with all the mod-cons you need as a liveaboard. The galley features a four-burner cooker and a fridge/freezer, while the bathroom has a hip bath with shower over, washbasin and a pump-out wc.

There’s also a washing machine, a solid fuel stove and a bow thruster.
