I could con­tinue but it’s recipe time and this month’s dessert of av­o­cado choco­late mousse is en­vi­ron­men­tally friendly: it uses no fat, doesn’t need cook­ing and dis­guises one of your five a day most cun­ningly. And, most of the wate is nat­u­rally com­postable: dis­creetly dis­posed of on to the soil, out of sight, ready for the worms and beast­ies to en­joy.
