2001 31FT PHLAG
SHORT BOATS ARE always popular because they are cheaper to licence and moor, and here’s a four-berth Sea Otter that has been well maintained.
The cruiser-stern leads through to the bathroom, which has a shower, basin and cassette wc. This is followed by the galley which is well equipped with an oven, hob, sink/drainer and under-counter fridge.
There’s plenty of seating in the galley and saloon, which converts to make up the four berths – one double berth in the saloon and two single berths in the galley.
It’s powered by a Yanmar Shire engine with a Newage gearbox. Its compact size makes it easy to moor and steer, yet it still seems spacious inside, while a cratch cover and deck cover will allow you to make the most of its length.
