Fol­low­ing on from the two let­ters about the Seat Ateca’s poor in­struc­tion man­ual in the Au­gust is­sue, Mike Cook’s sug­ges­tion of a sep­a­rate set-up/start-up guide is a good one.

But I should point out that my Citroën C4 Cac­tus, for which I swapped my much loved BMW E46 M3 (that was an in­ter­est­ing trade-in dis­cus­sion), al­ready comes with a sep­a­rate book­let cov­er­ing the set-up ba­sics, rather along the lines of most elec­tri­cal goods. Here’s hop­ing other man­u­fac­tur­ers see the light. Chris Clip­son
