Lamborghini Aventador S Roadster
Lambo’s latest décapotable supercar is here, which should please the lower classes of Monaco urbanites and their kindred spirits everywhere.
The Aventador S Roadster’s metal panel roof will require actual manual labour to put on and take o – much to the amusement of Ikea furniture enthusiasts – but what that open-air experience gets you is a much clearer earful of the shrieking 730bhp V12. A weight disadvantage of just 50kg means that the Roadster is only 0.1sec slower than the hardtop, and other hardtop tech like rear-wheel steering, magnetorheological dampers and the Ego driving mode system are carried across, too.
All of this is enough to induce screams from your supermodel companion in the passenger seat.
