Gorgeous ideas with dies from Joanna Sheen

Border dies are a versatile tool in your crafty stash. They’re perfect for adding pretty, intricate borders to the edges of cards or apertures and can be layered up for a frilly effect. You can die-cut a series of borders in varying shades of the same colour, then layer together to create an on-trend ombré effect. Why not try die-cutting both sides of a strip of coloured card and use instead of ribbon? Border dies can also be used to create three-dimensional embellishments. Scrunch or fold a border to create a flower, or concertina fold several borders together to create a rosette. Mix and match to make endless pretty combinations, perfect for using on your cards.
