Attach a circle of card to the bottom. Repeat for the lid. 2 Cover the tube with a 170mm wide piece of patterned paper. Cut tabs 15mm from the top and bottom, fold in and glue. Cut a 52mm circle of patterned paper and attach to bottom. Repeat to cover the lid. Insert a rolled up piece of patterned paper 150mm wide, and 10mm taller than the tube, into the tube and glue in place. 3 Attach 10mm patterned paper strips around the top of the tube and lid. Pierce holes in the lid and add a ribbon; secure with glue. Add sticker to top of lid. Add a split ring and chain to heart sticker and attach to pencil case, to finish.
