1 Round­ing all the cor­ners, layer a 113mm square of white card onto green card. At­tach to a 145mm square base cov­ered with blue card. Stamp a sen­ti­ment onto the white card us­ing black ink. For the snow drifts, roll a 450mm white strip into a 20mm or 25mm coil. Pinch into an eye shape. Re­peat five times and glue into po­si­tion.

2 For each tree, roll a 225mm brown strip into a loose coil. Pinch into a square. Roll 450mm light green strip into a 20mm coil. Pinch into a tri­an­gle. Re­peat with light and dark green coils. For the fox’s hat, loosely roll 225mm red and white strips. Pinch the red into a tri­an­gle and white into a rec­tan­gle. Tightly roll a 120mm white strip and glue to­gether.

3 For the fox, join two 450mm white strips. Roll into a 15mm coil. Pinch into a teardrop. Wrap with three brown strips. Loosely roll two 450mm and two 110mm brown strips. Pinch the large coils into eye shapes and small into semi cir­cles for the legs and feet. Loosely roll 450mm brown and white strips. Pinch into teardrops. Glue to­gether for the tail.

4 For the head, roll a 450mm brown strip into 15mm coil. Pinch into a teardrop. Roll two 225mm white strips into 12mm coils. Pinch into eye shapes. For the nose, tightly roll a 40mm black strip. For the ears, loosely roll two 110mm white strips and wrap with brown. Pinch into tri­an­gles. Add white coil be­hind head. At­tach el­e­ments and add eyes, to fin­ish.
