Pen­nants

Cardmaking and Papercraft - - Knowhow Technique -

1 Cut five 20x80mm pen­nants from an as­sort­ment of mar­bled pa­pers. Ar­range in a row on a 140mm square base with the straight edges 50mm from the top of the card. Vary the length of the pen­nants, as shown. At­tach in place.

2 Cut a 140x10mm strip from green mar­bled pa­per. At­tach over the pen­nants. Stamp the area above the strip with red snowflakes, and add tiny gold dots, as shown.

3 Stamp a sen­ti­ment onto nat­u­ral pa­per with dark green ink. Em­boss with clear pow­der. Cut into a rec­tan­gle and layer onto a piece of mar­bled pa­per.

4 Ma­chine stitch across the green pat­terned bor­der and the top stamped panel with metal­lic thread, as shown. To fin­ish, at­tach the sen­ti­ment with sticky fix­ers.
