Independent craft

My three-year-old granddaughter recently made a card for her mummy. She chose some papers and cut the hearts using my die-cutting machine, and then laid them one on top of the other. She decided she wanted four flowers and placed them carefully in the corners. I was very surprised as she usually puts lots of things in a haphazard fashion and this one was completely her idea. She has always enjoyed making cards and she was very proud of this one, as am I!
