Sarah says:

Deco Foil is a very versatile material and can be used with or without heat to create different effects. On this card I’ve used various techniques. For the three lines along the bottom I simply ran three lengths of double-sided tape across, peeled off the backing then applied teal Deco Foil coloured side up. I gently rubbed over the foil then removed it. I applied a piece of holographic gold Deco Foil to a self-adhesive sheet then die-cut the snowflakes from it. For the small snowflakes and dots I used a glue pen to hand draw them on then, once dry, I laid the Deco Foil on top, rubbed, then peeled it away. For the sentiment I stamped it with an embossing ink pad then sprinkled it with WOW! Bonding Powder. This was then melted with a heat tool and Deco Foil was applied on top. Add a sheet of plain paper on top and then either run an iron over it or run it through a laminator to foil the sentiment. Deco Foil can also be applied to toner-printed images from a laser printer. Simply lay Deco Foil on the printed image then just iron or laminate.
