Legendary funny man Tommy Cooper – along with his red fez – moved into this appealing house in Barrowgate Road, Chiswick in 1955. It was his home when he suffered a fatal heart attack performing live on TV in 1984. The seemingly calm facade belies a turbulent history – a bit like Tommy himself. It’s a place full of laughter – guests included Roy Hudd and Eric Sykes!
