He’s covered in warts!

M y 5-year-old son has loads of warts, mostly behind his ear, in his armpits and on his belly. Should I get them removed? He’s not keen! Bex, 40, Inverness

It sounds like your son has a viral infection called molluscum contagiosum, common in children. There are chemical treatments, but they can cause scarring. Some parents swear that covering them in duct tape works, but it sounds like hard work. I’d just leave them alone. They’ll disappear in a few months. Ask a doctor to check

them over, though.
