Drink it in!
Seems a little of what you fancy does do you good. Drinking 14 units of alcohol a week for women and 21 for men seems to lower the risk of heart disease. Strangely, teetotallers are more likely to turn up at the docs with heart problems than moderate drinkers. On the other hand, heavy drinking increases the risks. Don’t rush to the pub yet. Diet and exercise is the best way to care for your heart.
