Memory lane

Chat It's Fate - - Missed Connections -

Meditating on the memories of your departed loved ones can help you feel closer to them, and it might trigger thoughts or words that come directly from the other side. Sit quietly with your eyes closed, or let your vision blur. Imagine the face of your loved one, and feel their spirit close to you. Visualise them making conversation and tell them what’s in your heart and mind. Be alert to any sign that they’re there. Dr Elisa Medhus, who lost her son Erik eight years ago, says, ‘Raise the frequency of your own vibration by thinking of happy memories. This makes it easier for your loved one to meet you halfway.’ She’s been successful at contacting her son, who she’s heard, seen, and even hugged, since he passed away in 2009.
