Oil, for greasing 3 x 220g cans
ready-to-eat prunes 400g rolled oats 50g ground almonds 50g flaked almonds 30g pumpkin seeds 20g sesame seeds 200g clear honey 3 eggs, beaten 1 Preheat oven to 180C/gas 4 and lightly oil and line a 23cm square baking tin. 2 Drain prunes and squash them lightly with a fork. Set aside. 3 Mix together rolled oats, ground almonds, flaked almonds, pumpkin seeds and sesame seeds. Stir in honey, add beaten eggs and mix thoroughly. 4 Tip half oat mixture into tin, level surface and spread prunes on top. Cover with rest of oat mixture and press down lightly. 5 Bake for 25-30 min until set and goldenbrown. Leave to cool completely, then cut into 16 squares.
