140g plain flour 140g brown su­gar 1tsp cin­na­mon pow­der Large pinch bak­ing pow­der ½tsp vanilla 70g but­ter, soft­ened 1 egg 200g gra­nola, we used Lizi’s Trea­cle and Pecan 20g milk choco­late 20g raisins or other dried fruit

1 Pre­heat oven to 180C. In a large bowl mix all the in­gre­di­ents to­gether. You may need to use your hands to com­bine ev­ery­thing thor­oughly. You’re look­ing for a slightly sticky dough. 2 Us­ing your hands, roll the mix­ture into balls the size of wal­nuts, and drop on a bak­ing sheet lined with bak­ing pa­per, spac­ing them apart slightly. (They’ll spread a bit dur­ing bak­ing.) Bake for 10 min or un­til golden. 3 Trans­fer to a wire rack and al­low to cool be­fore eat­ing. En­joy as a tasty snack or as an on-the-go break­fast.
