140g plain flour 140g brown sugar 1tsp cinnamon powder Large pinch baking powder ½tsp vanilla 70g butter, softened 1 egg 200g granola, we used Lizi’s Treacle and Pecan 20g milk chocolate 20g raisins or other dried fruit
1 Preheat oven to 180C. In a large bowl mix all the ingredients together. You may need to use your hands to combine everything thoroughly. You’re looking for a slightly sticky dough. 2 Using your hands, roll the mixture into balls the size of walnuts, and drop on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, spacing them apart slightly. (They’ll spread a bit during baking.) Bake for 10 min or until golden. 3 Transfer to a wire rack and allow to cool before eating. Enjoy as a tasty snack or as an on-the-go breakfast.
