MAKE IT Sage and onion stuff­ing Serves 6 50g but­ter 1tbsp oil 1 large onion, chopped 100g bread­crumbs 1tbsp fresh sage, chopped Salt and black pep­per

1 Pre­heat oven to 180C/gas 4. Heat but­ter and oil, and cook onion. Stir in bread­crumbs, sage, and sea­son­ing. 2 Roll into small balls, put in a bak­ing dish and cook for 40 mins.
