USHER AT THE RACECOURSE
This year marks 10 years of Chester Race Company’s inaugural restaurant, 1539 Restaurant & Bar. To commemorate the decade,1539 hosted an evening of indulgence in May, with Adam Reid, Great British Menu finalist and Chef Patron of The French at The Midland Hotel in Manchester.
Now 1539 restaurant has announced their next collaboration will be with chef Gary Usher of Sticky Walnut and Hispi fame. On Thursday October 25th Gary will cook a bespoke four course menu accompanied by curated drinks.
General Manager Andre Sievers is thrilled by the collaboration. He said: ‘We are extremely excited to be working with Gary. The evening will spark the beginning of a series of tasting evenings every Friday throughout October and November, offering the perfect accompaniment to the changing season.’
This marks the start of a season of foodie events to run every Friday throughout autumn, beginning on October 26th. Guests are invited to enjoy a five-course tasting menu for £55 per person.
