Oils for face and body have been used for thousands of years for their penetration and rejuvenation properties. The ancient Egyptians and Sumerians used oils in their daily lives as well as for sacred rituals. Hippocrates, the Ancient Greek physician, who is considered the father of modern medicine, investigated hundreds of plant extracts and how they helped the body’s natural healing process. The 3,000year old Indian practice of Ayurvedic medicine has its roots in essential oils too.

Due to the molecular structure of seed, essential and nut oils, they are able to penetrate deeper than a cream yet a lot of people, especially oily skin types are reluctant to try them. But I have done and here are some of my favourites for you to try that are great for all skin types and all the family.
