Your ‘1967 is­sue’ was of par­tic­u­lar in­ter­est, as it was my first TT on a longstroke Manx and a new 350 Aer­ma­c­chi. The Manx was too slow and the ’Mac­chi’s back wheel col­lapsed just be­fore the High­lander on the third lap! The ex­cel­lent shot of Neil on Bal­laugh (be­low) was es­pe­cially evoca­tive, but it was not the Pro­duc­tion TT win­ner – I think it could be a Se­nior TT shot. The front wheel looks like an Ol­dani, while the en­gine looks like a Thrux­ton with the new oil drain from the tim­ing case and is fit­ted with a mega­phone ex­haust.
