1965 Riley 1.5
The Minor for posh people or those afflflflicted with suburban snobbery – the Riley 1.5 was an early compact sporting saloon, marrying the Morris’ underpinnings with the larger, but heavier 1.5-litre engine. Everything was spot-on condition-wise, the two-tone light brown and cream bodywork and red interior in lovely order. Even the headlining, so often ends up torn or dirty beyond salvation, was fifine. The market is waking up to these great little cars, which was reflflected in the price.
