Hemingway adds car sales to London Boot

Classic Car Weekly (UK) - - News -

A new feature for designer Wayne Hemingway’s Classic Car Boot Sale at King’s Cross, London next month is the opportunity to buy and sell ‘affordable British classics’.

The first of this year’s London Classic Car Boot Sales takes place on 16-17 April at Lewis Cubitt Park, and in addition to the classic vehicles used by traders and on display, there will be an area dedicated to cars and motorcycles for sale. There is no charge for selling.

‘The Classic Car Boot Sale attracts thousands of design-aware people, many of whom are prompted by the beautifully designed cars on show to own one themselves,’ says event founder Hemingway. ‘Now that we can expand the site at King’s Cross it seems logical to see if any of the classic car community fancies selling some affordable classics there.’

The weekend ‘celebration of timeless design’ includes vintage fashions, street food, homewares, impromptu musical performances, dance and theatre.
