The fourth car was a truly con­cours stan­dard Mini 40 owned and re­stored by Mark Smith, pro­pri­etor of SmiffyÕs Bits of Broms­grove. Con­cours or­gan­iser, com­peti­tor and judge Tracey Lip­pett from Red­ditch, was on hand to give ad­vice about con­cours events.
