More than 700 classic owners brought their cars to the Bridge of Allan for one of Scotland’s biggest shows – and gave three charities a helping hand.

Forty clubs from across Scotland took part in the show, with the BMW Car Club’s Scottish Region, the Triumph 2000 Register and the MkIII Cortina Owners’ Club behind some of the one-day gathering’s bigger displays. There were plenty of privately entered classics taking part in the displays at Strathallan Games Park, and a sizeable autojumble for the show’s bargain hunters.

Event organiser Sterling and District Classic Car Club has managed to raise more than £60,000 for good causes since its inception in 2005, with this year’s proceeds being split between Children’s Hospice Association Scotland, Alzheimer Scotland and Stirling Young Carers.
