1972 Rolls-Royce Phantom VI
The last separate-chassis Royce, Phantom VIs were, for the time, the last word in high-visibility decadence, and even sombrecoloured models were hardly the way to travel discreetly. With full history – both first and second owners were businesses – by 1988 it had covered just over 40,000 miles and was looked after by Rolls-Royce specialists. Three private owners followed, the current vendor being a noted Phantom VI enthusiast and collector. Finished in black with tan interior – leather to the front, and cloth upholstery to rear – it’s said to be running perfectly.
