JAMES SADLIER MANAGING EDITOR 1964 DODGE A100

I’ve gone for probably the slowest classic on display at Goodwood. With a maximum speed of 61mph this drives rather like a VW Camper. Great curves, and the van isn’t bad, either!

DAVID SIMISTER FEATURES EDITOR 1951 FRAZER NASH MILLE MIGLIA This was easily the prettiest car in the Lavant Cup race but nobody was expecting great things from MURRAY SCULLION NEWS EDITOR 1961 ASTON MARTIN DB4GT ZAGATO JOHN LAKEY LEAD PHOTOGRAPHER 1947 FORD V8 COUPE

Stock car racing was massive in the UK during the ‘50s & ‘60s so it’s only right Goodwood should honour them. My favourite was Mike Fisher’s ’47 Flathead V8 Ford Coupe.
