‘ The club supports modified vehicles’

‘ The 100E is ideal for modifications, with non-intrusive upgrades or more ambitious engine and drivetrain replacements. The club supports modified vehicles and while around 80 per cent of current members’ cars still have the original sidevalve engine, a growing number of new members have more modern power units. However, we have real concerns about DVLA views. Anyone thinking of upgrading or buying a modified 100E should study its requirements carefully.’
