‘Even TVRs older models pack a sizeable punch’

Classic Car Weekly (UK) - - Buying & Selling - DAVID SIMISTER EDITOR

Think TVR and chances are your grey matter will immediately think of the brawny charms of the Chimaera and Griffith but it’s well worth having a look at the Vixen and its more muscular Tuscan cousin. They’re both based around Ford engines and Triumphbased running gear that’ll be fairly familiar to most classic specialists, and the TVR Car Club is very proactive when it comes to organising events for owners and offering advice for solving common problems. Both models are sweet-handling cars to drive, and there’s a reason why you still so many at historic racing events - even TVR’s older offerings still pack a big punch.
