Edd China quits classic restoration series in suprise move – For The Love of Cars star Ant Anstead brought in to boost ratings

The hit classic car show Wheeler Dealers is losing one of its star classic experts. Edd China confirmed that he’s left the show to pursue other projects, but declined to comment further on his decision to leave. He’ll be replaced by For The Love Of Cars’ Ant Anstead in the next series, which continues the show’s increasing focus on US audiences. Discovery Communications’ Robert Scanlon says: ‘Ant brings the in-depth knowledge our viewers crave and a unique style our viewers will love.’
