1963 MercedesBenz 190D

Classic Car Weekly (UK) - - Buying & Selling -

‘Fintail’ Mercedes-Benz models have long been highly prized for their restrained styling and over-engineering, but it’s usually the bigger-displacement petrol-engined models that grab the most attention, and the 300 model in particular. Offering a complete contrast to that car is this oneowner 190D. It’s not fast or particularly refined by any means, but it is beautifully built, surprisingly frugal and backed by absolutely first-class spares support. Something unusual, and likely to amply reward its new owner.
