Phil is Director and Company Secretary for The Mercedes-Benz Club, heads up the W114 Register, and owns a 1972 250CE. He says: ‘I’d always aspired to owning a Mercedes and saw this one at a local dealer in 1983. It became my daily driver and I realised that I couldn’t bear to part with it.
