Un­less a 618, 620 or 623 has been ne­glected or has cov­ered a mam­moth mileage there are un­likely to be any is­sues un­der the bon­net – al­though the cam­belt needs to be re­placed ev­ery 30,000 miles. The tur­bocharged en­gine in the 620Ti is un­der more stress and is more likely to need some TLC.
