Classic time travellers from 1910 to 2000s at Duxford

Duxford’s Imperial War Museum makes a firstclass venue for H&H’s East of England sales, and it has assembled a fine selection of classics from 1910 to the early 2000s. Star lots are always open to debate, but a 1969 Jaguar E-type 2+2 with 1700 miles on the clock is a serious contender, as is a 1929 Bugatti Type 44 with a fascinating history. A very early Triumph Stag should draw in lovers of this true grand tourer while for the punter willing to get his or her hands dirty – and no skin their knuckles – a Mercedes-Benz 190SL project can’t be passed by.
