1971 Volvo 145
From a distance it wasn’t bad and up close it didn’t disappoint. Here was a lovely, usable, tidy 145 crying out for a new home and decent use.
The bodywork wasn’t bad at all and with a decent cutting back, the paint would have had more shine – similarly the interior was clean and tidy. A good clean-up would have improved it immensely, as would throwing away the aftermarket hubcaps and reverting to original ‘dog dish’ caps.
