‘Owners tend to favour mild modifications’

Classic Car Weekly (UK) - - Living With Classics - wellingoregarage.co.uk

‘We restore cars of all types, and owners tend to favour mild to moderate mods that make their cars easier and safer to drive. Common upgrades include brakes, uprated exhaust systems with performance manifolds and big bore stainless systems and an induction system. Many classic vehicles such as the Jaguar E-type Series 3 are the final incarnation of the model and therefore have the best Jaguar had to offer in the way of brakes and performance etc. so few modifications are required.’
