SHOEI NXR PARAMETER TC-8

The NXR is Shoei’s replacement for the old XR-1100 which I’d happily used for some years. The new helmet takes all the good details from the older one and improves on them. It’s quiet, has decent ventilation and is available in seven sizes. The lining is moisture absorbent and quick drying, the visor takes a Pinlock and most importantly the NXR is even more comfortable. In fact I’d go so far as to say it’s all day comfortable. Quality comes at a price but I’d go for safety, comfort and quietness any day of the week. This helmet has been on test with me for more than a year.
