Look­ing af­ter the RGV


It’s not an easy task to keep such a beau­ti­ful mo­tor­cy­cle go­ing, let alone re­store it and en­sure that the most del­i­cate of parts aren’t lost to the rav­ages of time. Step for­ward the hugely tal­ented Nathan Colombi who is the man granted the role of keeper of the RGV. Nathan looks af­ter a host of Steve’s race ma­chines in­clud­ing the Kevin Sch­wantz 500s and the more re­cent Katana En­durance bike plus a host of WSB and BSB mo­tor­cy­cles. “The 250 is just a work of art in it­self,” Nathan told CR. “It’s not the eas­i­est bike to work on be­cause it’s phys­i­cally so small, but ev­ery sin­gle part of it is made to a very high stan­dard.there are not many mo­tor­cy­cles that are at this level.”
