Five Finger Death Punch
And Justice For None
Pain and power combined in one package.
If things had gone to plan, And Justice For None would have been out two years ago. But a dispute with their label left both band and fans having to impatiently cool their heels. Until now.
So has the wait been worthwhile? Definitely. This is not only the most cohesive album yet from FFDP, but lyrically it’s the most personal. Frontman Ivan Moody lays bare his battle with addiction through I Refuse, Rock Bottom and Will The Sun Ever Rise, while uncontrolled anger at the battalion of naysayers pours through Sham Pain.
The music is equally as intense. Guitarists Jason Hook and Zoltan Bathory move confidently from darkly airtight riffs to starkly vulnerable melodies. The result is that on this seventh album, the band more than reinforce their status as modern metal heroes.
