‘Frankie hasn’t given me any advice!’

She’s always looked totally at ease dancing on stage with pop group The Saturdays, but Mollie King admits their routines were all “posing, pointing and shaking it” and aren’t much help in the ballroom.

And Mollie, 30, says she hasn’t had any top tips from her friend and former bandmate Frankie Bridge, who was a runner-up on the show in 2014.

Mollie says: “Frankie hasn’t given me any advice – come on, get on the blower! She was always the best at picking up the dance routines in the band, while I was always the last. So fingers crossed I get better.”

But Mollie, who has previously dated model David Gandy and is currently single, won’t be drawn in on whether any of the professional dancers have caught her eye.

She adds: “All I’ll say is that they’re as lovely on the inside as they are on the outside!”
