I WAKE UP AT 7:50AM MOST MORNINGS. I’ll check my phone to see if my agents have any exciting new things for the day and then I’ll head downstairs to make breakfast, which is always porridge with berries. I GO TO THE GYM AT AROUND 9AM – I CAN’T WORK OUT IF I DON’T EAT BEFOREHAND. I just joined a new hardcore gym – I’ll do some plyometric work [a type of power workout], some weights and as little cardio as possible because I find it boring. I’LL THEN HEAD TO MEETINGS AT THE HEADQUARTERS OF PRETTY LITTLE THING AS I HAVE MY OWN COLLECTION WITH THEM. I’ll grab a chicken salad on the go with lots of veggies or make one if I’m home. I try not to eat too many carbs, but I might have a sneaky bag of crisps! IN THE AFTERNOON, I’LL SPEND TIME WITH MY MUM. We’ll go for a nice walk usually. I really like walking around and getting fresh air when so much of my life is social-media based and going to events all the time. I’LL MAKE DINNER AT AROUND 7PM IN THE EVENING. I’m loving tuna steak smothered in miso paste and sesame seeds at the moment – it’s a Jamie Oliver recipe. I’ll then watch a Disney film like Moana – I’m such a child. I’ll usually be tucked up under the duvet by 10:30pm.
