BAKED OATS (V): Mix together 40g plain porridge oats with 50ml milk, 1 egg and 1tbsp sweetener (optional). Pour into an ovenproof dish and bake at 200°C/fan 180°C/gas 6 for 25 minutes or until golden. Serve hot with fat-free natural yoghurt and mixed fresh or frozen berries.
GRAB-AND-GO BREKKIE (V): Grab 2 Alpen Light cereal bars (any flavour) and enjoy with a banana or a satsuma and a Danone Activa 0% yoghurt (any flavour).
EGGS ON TOAST (V): Poach an egg or 2 to your liking and serve on 2 slices of wholemeal toast (from a small 400g loaf). Have with wilted spinach.
FRUIT AND YOGHURT (V): Make a fresh fruit salad with chopped fresh melon, mango, strawberries and orange slices. Top with fat-free natural yoghurt. Serve.
EGG AND BACON ROLL: Fill a 60g wholemeal roll with grilled lean bacon rashers (all visible fat removed). Add an egg fried in low-cal cooking spray and slices of tomato. Serve with 1 level tbsp tomato ketchup.
EGGS AND SALMON: Scramble a couple of eggs in a pan sprayed with low-cal cooking spray and serve with smoked salmon slices, halved grilled tomatoes and steamed asparagus spears.
MAGIC PANCAKES (V): Mix together 40g plain porridge oats with one egg, 1 vanilla Müllerlight yoghurt and a pinch of baking powder. Spray a frying pan with low-cal cooking spray. Spoon the mixture into the pan to make 3-4 small pancakes and fry on each side until golden. Serve hot with 1 level tbsp runny honey and chopped fresh fruit.
