STEP 1 Place the soy sauce, honey, five spice and ground gin­ger in a pan and bring to the boil. Sim­mer for 2-3 mins, un­til it’s re­duced by a third. Add the lime juice. Set aside. STEP 2 Put the pork in cling film and bash with a rolling pin to 1cm thick­ness. Add half of the oil to a fry­ing pan, then fry the pork for 2 mins on each side. Just be­fore the pork is ready, brush it with the sauce and fry a bit more. Set aside. STEP 3 Us­ing the re­main­ing oil, steam-fry the broc­coli with a splash of wa­ter for 4 mins. Add the gin­ger, chilli, gar­lic and pak choi. Toss for 3 mins. Add the se­same seeds, if us­ing. STEP 4 Cook the rice ac­cord­ing to the packet in­struc­tions, then slice the pork. Top with the sauce, lime and co­rian­der.
