REBECCA ADLINGTON’S STICKY PORK WITH GREENS AND CHILLI
STEP 1 Place the soy sauce, honey, five spice and ground ginger in a pan and bring to the boil. Simmer for 2-3 mins, until it’s reduced by a third. Add the lime juice. Set aside. STEP 2 Put the pork in cling film and bash with a rolling pin to 1cm thickness. Add half of the oil to a frying pan, then fry the pork for 2 mins on each side. Just before the pork is ready, brush it with the sauce and fry a bit more. Set aside. STEP 3 Using the remaining oil, steam-fry the broccoli with a splash of water for 4 mins. Add the ginger, chilli, garlic and pak choi. Toss for 3 mins. Add the sesame seeds, if using. STEP 4 Cook the rice according to the packet instructions, then slice the pork. Top with the sauce, lime and coriander.
