‘I FEEL HEALTHIER BEING VEGAN’

Closer (UK) - - Celeb Guest -

Apparently, there’s been a 360 per cent growth in veganism in the past ten years. This is fantastic. Last year I went on a health retreat to Thailand and I now try to make my diet mostly vegan, although I do have meat very occasionally. It’s a fantastic lifestyle, and I feel younger, healthier and more energised by eating predominantly plant-based food – though I do miss scrambled eggs. The vegan community sometimes criticise people who are only partially vegan, and some have a very “all-or-nothing” approach to the diet. But that will just put off anyone giving veganism a go – I think the more encouraging and open to flexible veganism they are, the more people will be inclined to try it out.
