Khloé Kardashian has hit the headlines due to her reported pregnancy, but last week the 33-year-old left fans shocked and stunned over her bizarre new face.

Posting a selfie to Instagram, the star’s nose appeared slimmer than usual and her face looked thinner, too.

While some expressed concern that she may have had surgery while possibly pregnant, other fans accused her of using an editing app to change her appearance, with one commenting, “Stop photoshopping your nose,” while another added, “But your face... It isn’t your face any more.”
